KIM EVANS: ‘I’d guesstimate that 90% of my clients have a personality disorder, mental health issues, and, or, serious substance addiction be it drugs or alcohol.’ Kim Evans has spent 31 years at the sharp end of the criminal justice system – 10 years as a a duty solicitor representing people detained by the police and more than 20 years with the Metropolitan Police.

He has been doing this for more than 90 minutes, breaking off occasionally to jump to his feet and flash a Hitler salute…’
